What Is Paintball?
Paintball is a simple game, but difficult to master. Basically two teams start
in flag hang stations, their objective is to capture the center flag and return

to eliminate opposing team members by marking them with a paintball which
(usually) breaks on impact. This where the game gets its name. The paintball is
fired from a compressed air, nitrogen, or CO2 powered paintball marker, which is
set under the American Paintball League's maximum allowed speed of 300 feet per
second.
Is It Safe?
